Littelfuse SP1007 SPA® Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Array
Littelfuse SP1007 SPA® Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Array provides a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. SP1007 is fabricated utilizing a proprietary back-to-back silicon avalanche technology that provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present. The component safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation.
