Littelfuse SM15KPA-HRA & SM30KPA-HRA High Reliability Diodes

Littelfuse SM15KPA-HRA and SM30KPA-HRA High Reliability Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes protect I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in avionics, aviation, and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft applications. These diodes are specifically designed for use in sensitive electronic equipment to protect against voltage transients caused by lightning and other transient voltage events. Both series safeguard data lines from electrical fast transients (EFT) per IEC 61000-4-4 and electrostatic discharge (ESD) per IEC 61000-4-2, up to 30kV (air and contact). Littelfuse SM15KPA-HRA and SM30KPA-HRA TVS diodes offer a fast response time of <1ps and are housed in a low-profile, surface-mount package that optimizes board space.
