Lattice Semiconductor CrossLinkU-NX Evaluation Board

Lattice Semiconductor CrossLinkU-NX Evaluation Board is designed as the initial FPGAs with integrated USB functionality that features hardened USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 PHY. This board supports the MIPI CSI-2 receiver (Soft D-PHY) interface for camera data and SPI flash configuration. The CrossLinkU-NX board's important component is the CrossLinkU-NX FPGA. This component can receive input from a camera and send video output over LIFCL-33U’s USB 3.0 interface via the USB Type-C® connector.

The CrossLinkU-NX evaluation board features two PMOD expansion headers available through the daughter board and a radiant programmer through the USB/FTDI interface (JTAG or SPI). This board also features SPI flash configuration, boot from onboard flash, and external SPI programming through the header. The CrossLinkU-NX evaluation board kit includes a USB cable for programming via FTDI chip (USB-A to USB 2.0 micro-B), USB Cable (USB Type-C to USB Type-C), and a quick start guide.
