IXYS MDMA65P1600TG Standard Rectifier Modules feature planar passivated chips and a package with DCB ceramic. These rectifier modules offer 4800V isolation voltage and are designed for single- and three-phase bridge configurations, diodes for main rectification, and supplies for DC power equipment.
