These JEDEC-compliant and automotive-grade optional eMMCs provide a variety of customization options, including common interfaces, temperature grades, and capacity ranges. The devices deliver sustained performance throughout their lifetime. Intelligent Memory Silver eMMCs feature a 16GB to 128GB capacity range and operate within -40°C to +85°C (industrial) or -40°C to +105°C (automotive grade 2) temperature ranges.
