Infineon Technologies XDP™ XDPS2201E Hybrid Flyback (HFB) Controller ICs are highly integrated, multimode controllers that enable the reduction of external parts and optimize performance. The Infineon XDPS2201E offers efficiency of >95% and low standby power. The series complies with DoE-7 and CoC-2 standards and features a 600V high-voltage start-up cell for providing ultra-high power in compact designs. These HFB controllers serve applications with a fixed output voltage and offer even more benefits for applications with a wide output voltage range.
