Infineon Technologies MOTIX™ TLE9186QVW 3-Phase Gate Driver IC features an integrated current sense amplifier. It offers a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 29V and can drive six MOSFETs, with a total gate charge of 60nC, at a switching frequency of 20kHz. Target applications for the Infineon Technologies MOTIX TLE9186QVW 3-Phase Gate Driver IC include 12V BLDC motor applications, such as oil pumps, water pumps, fans, HVAC blowers, engine cooling fans, and seat control modules.
