Infineon Technologies 32-bit TriCore™ AURIX™ TC4x MCU is designed for next-generation eMobility, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), automotive E/E architectures, and AI applications. This MCU is rated for ISO/SAE21434 cyber security standards and has six cores with lock-step operation for high-level functional safety. Interface options include PCIe, 5Gbit/s Ethernet, 10Base-T1S, and CAN-XL, and networking accelerators are featured to boost Ethernet and CAN communication. Infineon Technologies 32-bit TriCore AURIX TC4x MCU is suitable for battery management systems, traction inverters, power conversion, and radar applications.
