Infineon Technologies EZ-PD PMG1-B2 MCU
Infineon Technologies EZ-PD PMG1-B2 MCU offers an input voltage range of 4.5V to 55V and a programmable switching frequency from 200kHz to 700kHz. This MCU integrates a single-port USB Type-C® controller with a 55V buck-boost controller for charging two- to 12-cell Li-ion battery packs. Features include a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor, 128KB of flash, 8KB of SRAM, and integrated analog and digital peripherals, including ADCs, PWMs, and UART/I2C/SPI interfaces.
