Infineon Technologies BGSC4331MN10 Switch+ C-Tuner
Infineon Technologies BGSC4331MN10 Switch+ C-Tuner is a combination of a series tunable capacitor and an RF switch throw, optimized for RF applications. This device consists of 3 ultra-low RON RF switch throws of 1.25Ω in the ON state and extremely low current consumption of 20µA in ACTIVE mode. The BGSC4331MN10 device features a 0.2pF to 3.5pF 8-step tunable capacitor range with a bypass switch and supports a 1.2V and 1.8V VIO range. This device offers digital control of the ESD switch, which enables an additional shunt to ground throw. The BGSC4331MN10 device is halogen, lead-free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include impedance tuning, antenna tuning, tunable RF matching, and tunable filtering.
