Honeywell EV Sensing Applications

Honeywell EV Sensing Applications are designed to enhance safety within both electric vehicles and energy storage systems. These include a range of specialized sensors, including current, aerosol, pressure, and electrolyte vapor sensors. The sensors are engineered specifically for effective battery management and for detecting early indications of thermal runaway in lithium-ion battery packs. Typical applications include current measurement for BMS (EV, HEV, PHEV, and BEV), current-leakage detection and fault isolation in battery-charging systems, and current measurement in energy storage.
