Guerrilla RF GRF5126 High Gain Linear Driver
Guerrilla RF GRF5126 High Gain Linear Driver is a high-performance two-stage driver amplifier designed for 3.3GHz to 3.8GHz band wireless infrastructure applications. With custom tuning, the device can support the broader frequency range of 1.8GHz to 5GHz, making it highly adaptable across various RF designs. The GRF5126 amplifier delivers strong performance metrics, including 24.6dBm of OP1dB, 31.1dBm of OIP3, and a low Noise Figure (NF) of 1.9dB. This amplifier features two selectable gain modes, allowing a single component to address multiple use cases. The GRF5126 amplifier is ideal for linear driver/pre-driver amplifiers, modern wireless infrastructure, 5G Sub-6GHz massive MIMO base stations, and small cells and cellular repeaters. The GRF5126 linear driver is designed for 50Ω systems, typically requires minimal external matching components, and supports bandwidths over 400MHz. For optimal efficiency and linearity, the amplifier is designed to operate with a single 5V supply voltage using 85mA to 100mA of quiescent current. The bias current (IDDQ) can be increased beyond the default setting for enhanced linearity.
