EPCOS / TDK Automotive Varistors
EPCOS / TDK Automotive Varistors include Multilayer Varistors (MLVs), Leaded Transient Voltage/RFI Suppressors (SHCVs), and SMD Disk Varistors (CU Varistors). The multilayer varistors offer high energy absorption capability, low leakage current, and high-temperature variants are available. These devices use multilayer technology and exhibit stable protection levels, bidirectional clamping, and ESD protection up to 25kV.
