Diotec Semiconductor 1.5KEx Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes offer peak pulse power of 1500W (10/1000µs waveform). These transient voltage suppressor diodes feature very fast response times. The 1.5KEx transient voltage suppressor diodes include both uni- and bi-directional versions with a breakdown voltage range (VBR) of 6.8V to 440V. These devices are built with UL 94V-0 case materials and are compliant with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals. The 1.5KEx transient voltage suppressor diodes are suitable for applications such as commercial-grade, ESD protection, over-voltage protection, and free-wheeling diodes.
