Diodes Incorporated DT1042-02SRQ 2-Ch Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array is designed to protect sensitive electronics from ESD damage. The device provides high ESD surge capability in two channels of protection. The Diodes Inc. DT1042-02SRQ TVS Diode Array is available in a SOT143 package and is ideal for use in LVDS, USB 2.0, and Ethernet 100M/1G BASE-T protection in the automotive market.
