Diodes Inc. DMS2085LSD P-Channel MOSFET with Integrated Schottky Diode has been designed to minimize the on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and yet maintain superior switching performance. The DMS2085LSD is ideal for high efficiency power management applications. Typical applications are DC-DC converters, power management functions and backlighting.
