The CDBHAx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers feature a 10A to 20A forward current range, a 45V to 150V repetitive reverse voltage range, and a 250A forward surge current. These devices have a -55°C to +150°C operating temperature range and a guaranteed high soldering temperature of 260°C/10s. The Comchip CDBHAx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are in a low-profile, industry-standard, surface-mounted TO-277B-3 package, ideal for automated assembly and high-density applications.Features
