Cincon CHM150 Input Medical Isolated DC-DC Converters
Cincon CHM150 Medical Isolated DC-DC Converters offer 150W of output power at single output voltages of 12VDC, 15VDC, and 24VDC with an industry-standard half-brick. These converters feature a 2:1 input voltage range of 18VDC to 36VDC (24VDC nominal), 5000VAC isolation voltage, <10uA low leakage current, and high efficiency of up to 91.5%. The CHM150 converters are compliant with IEC/UL 60601-1 3rd edition for 2 x MOPP, EN/IEC 60601-1-2, EN 55032, and EN 55035. These converters consume no load power and operate over a case temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The CHM150 converters include an optional heat sink to extend the unit's full power range. Protection features include Under-Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), output overcurrent, output overvoltage, overtemperature, and continuous short-circuit conditions.
The CHM150 converters offer standard control functions, including remote on/off (positive or negative) and an adjustable output voltage range of +10% to -20%. These converters are ideally designed for medical applications, but also suitable for distributed power architectures, telecommunications, battery-operated equipment, and industrial applications.
