Bourns SM9127 Gate Driver Power Planar Transformers feature a planar structure, minimizing size while providing high isolation, high efficiency, and good EMI performance. Specifications include a working voltage of up to 850VDC, reinforced insulation, a hipot isolation voltage of up to 6000VDC, and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
