Asahi Kasei Microdevices EQx Linear Hall Effect ICs
Asahi Kasei Microdevices EQx Linear Hall Effect ICs are low-noise ICs that combine an InAs high-sensitivity Hall element and an amplifier circuit using proprietary assembling technology. These ICs generate an analog output proportional to the magnetic field strength (magnetic flux density) and pole. The EQx linear Hall ICs feature 3V to 5.5V supply voltage, -40°C to 100°C operating temperature range, and ratio-metric analog output.
