Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX2640/MAX2641 SiGe Ultra-Low-Noise Amplifiers
Analog Devices MAX2640/MAX2641 SiGe Ultralow-Noise Amplifiers are low-cost amplifiers designed for applications in the cellular, PCS, GPS, and 2.4GHz ISM frequency bands. The MAX2640/MAX2641 operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and consume only 3.5mA of current. The Analog Devices MAX2640/MAX2641 provide a low noise figure, high gain, high input IP3, and an operating frequency range that extends from 300MHz to 2500MHz. Typical applications include GPS receivers, wireless LANs, wireless data, cellular/PCS handsets, and cordless phones.Features
