Analog Devices Inc. LT6654BX 2.5V Precision Voltage Reference operates from voltages up to 36V and is fully specified from -40°C to +175°C. A buffered output ensures both sourcing and sinking output current, with low output impedance and precise load regulation. Analog Devices LT6654BX features low thermal hysteresis to ensure high accuracy. The low 1.5ppmP-P output voltage noise rating minimizes measurement uncertainty.
