Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs offer a 1MHz bandwidth with a lightning-fast 210nS response time for AC or DC current sensing. These ICs are designed for high-frequency switching applications and replace high-frequency current transformers. ACS73x sensor ICs come in two versions of the SOIC16W wide-body package, the LA and the MA. The LA package version features a 3600VRMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails of up to 616VAC, VRMS, or 870VPK or VDC. The MA package version provides a 4800VRMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails as high as 10997VRMS or 1550VPK or VDC. Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs are ideal automotive, industrial, commercial, and communications systems.
