ABLIC 82B5AAA & 82C5AAA Battery Protection ICs

ABLIC 82B5AAA and 82C5AAA Battery Protection ICs are for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, including high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The 82B5AAA and 82C5AAA are suitable for protecting 4-serial or 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs. This protection includes overcharge, over discharge, and overcurrent.

  • Load short-circuiting detection voltage
    • 50mV to 400mV (10mV step) accuracy ±20mV
  • Charge overcurrent detection

  • Discharge overcurrent 1 detection delay time is settable by an external capacitor (The other delay time are internally fixed)
