Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4325-AEC1 Switching Voltage Regulators
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4325-AEC1 Switching Voltage Regulators are synchronous step-down converters that operate at 200KHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range. These voltage regulators provide up to 5A of highly efficient output current (Iout) with peak current mode control. The MPQ4325-AEC1 switching voltage regulators operate at a 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and accommodate a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. These switching voltage regulators feature Over-Current Protection (OCP) in hiccup mode. The MPQ4325-AEC1 regulators operate at -40°C to 150°C temperature range. These switching voltage regulators are available in a QFN-14 4mm x 4mm package. The MPQ4325-AEC1 regulators are ideal for automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and industrial power systems.Features
