Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID02W0303A DC/DC Converters are regulated converters that support a 3V to 3.6V input voltage (VIN) range. This DC/DC converter features excellent load/line regulation and supports up to 0.25W of output power (POUT). The MID02W0303A DC/DC converters provide high reliability compared to isolated power modules. These converters operate within a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. The MID02W0303A converter integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback (FB) circuit all in one chip. This converter's full protection features include Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Over-Current Protection (OCP), and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP).The MID02W0303A converters require a minimal number of readily available, standard external components and are available in a low-profile, wide-body SOICW-16 package. These devices are ideal for industrial automation systems, isolated sensor power supplies, telecom/network devices, and isolated bias power for RS-485, RS-422, and CAN interfaces.
