Infineon Technologies SHIELDBTS50015-1TAD 12V Protected Switch Shield is a demonstration and development platform for the BTS50015-1TAD PROFET™ Smart High-Side Power Switch (R_DS(ON) 1.5mΩ). The SHIELDBTS50015-1TAD can be used in stand-alone and microcontroller (MCU) mode and can be controlled by Arduino-compatible MCU boards. The shield is easy to use and fully configurable for different kinds of loads.
