iC-Haus iC-HD7 Quad Differential Line Driver

iC-Haus iC-HD7 Quad Differential Line Driver is a robust line driver with four complementary output channels for 5V and 24V industrial applications. This push-pull driver at a supply of 24V typically provides 200mA to discharge the line and also features a low saturation voltage. The iC-HD7 line driver outputs are current-limited, short-circuit-proof, and shut down with excessive temperature. This driver is compatible with CMOS and TTL and consists of a Schmitt trigger characteristic. The iC-HD7 line driver contains internal ESD protection circuitry. This driver is pin-compatible with 26LS31 and xx7272 and offers integrated line adaptation for high signal quality at 24V. Typical applications include line drivers for 24V control engineering, linear scales and encoders, and sensor systems.

Features

  • Complementary short-circuit-proof push-pull driver stages for RS422 and 24V applications up to 2MHz
