Automotive Relays

Aratas Automotive Relays are available in ultra-miniature and small package sizes for automotive and 12V_DC/24V_DC applications. These RoHS-compliant relays support up to a 60A fuse. The G8K series features a high-density design and extremely small mounting space. G8K relays are available in a 1x Form C or a 2x Form C (independent) package. The G8G series replaces micro ISO plug-in type relays, offers high heat resistance, and includes a 24V_DC variant for commercial vehicle applications. The G8PM series replaces mini ISO plug-in type relays and provides high heat resistance. Aratas Automotive Relays are PIP reflow compliant and operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

G8PC PCB Power Relays

Aratas G8PC PCB Power Relays are designed for automotive and AC applications and enable high-density designs and space saving on the PCB. These Aratas power relays are compatible with three-phase 22kW on-board chargers (OBCs) and small mobility chargers (up to 277V_AC, 32A). The G8PC is flow soldering compliant and features a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) contact structure that ensures isolation between circuits.
