Infineon Technologies PSC3P8xx PSOC™ Control C3 Performance Line Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-performance 32-bit MCUs designed for advanced digital power conversion, motor control, and industrial automation (IA) applications. Built around a 180MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 core with DSP, FPU, TrustZone^® security, and 512KB of read-while-write Flash memory, these devices deliver the processing power needed for real-time control systems while maintaining low-power operation. The PSC3P8xx family also integrates a unique Programmable Power Control Accelerator (PPCA) with dual 200MHz Cortex-M33 cores, enabling dedicated processing of complex power-control algorithms and high-speed signal-processing tasks.
