Silicon Labs Blue Gecko Bluetooth® Low Energy SoCs
Silicon Labs Blue Gecko BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) SoCs add BLE connectivity to IoT devices with an energy-efficient Arm® Cortex®-M4 based wireless BLUETOOTH chip. These SoCs help to develop powerful applications with up to 1MB Flash and 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCU. The Blue Gecko BLE SoCs offer an extended range with an integrated power amplifier that delivers up to 19dBm output power. These devices also minimize power consumption with fast MCU wake-up times, autonomous operation of peripherals, and low energy modes. The Blue Gecko SoCs deliver a 2x increase in throughput and a 4x increase in range with BLUETOOTH 5 compatibility.Features
