TPS62097QEVM-891 Automotive Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS62097QEVM-891 Automotive, 2A Step-Down Converter Evaluation Module, is configured to evaluate the operation of the TPS62097-Q1 2-A automotive buck converter. The TPS62097-Q1 features iDCS-Control, forced PWM mode, and selectable switching frequency. The device has a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range and a 1.8V output voltage. The evaluation module features DCS-Control with an excellent transient response capable of forcing the device into PWM mode for constant frequency operation above the AM band. The TPS62097-Q1 has wettable flanks, making it a robust, highly integrated, efficient, and small solution for point-of-load (POL) converters. Applications include automotive equipment, such as gateway, head unit, instrumentation cluster, and telematics.
