ARX383CS CMOS Digital Image Sensors

onsemi ARX383CS CMOS Digital Image Sensors are 1/8", 0.3MP CMOS digital VGA image sensors with an active-pixel array of 640 (H) x 480 (V). The onsemi ARX383CS incorporates an innovative global shutter pixel design optimized for accurate and fast capture of moving scenes. The sensors produce clear, low-noise images in low-light and bright scenes. The sensors include sophisticated camera functions such as auto exposure control, windowing, row-skip mode, column-skip mode, pixel-binning, pixel-summing, and video/single-frame modes. These sensors are programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface.
