PS2P-ARC Positionssensorer

Amphenol Piher PS2P-ARC-positionssensorer förhindrar radiellt och axiellt spel på svängleder där felinställning resulterar i dålig driftprestanda och arbetsintensivt underhåll. PS2P-ARC:s elektronikmodul är fäst på chassit och magneten är ansluten till de roterande delarna av en svängled (eller vice versa). PS2P-ARC-sensorerna är lätta att montera utan behov av kugghjul eller kopplingar. PS2P-ARC mäter positionsförändringar i förhållande till sensorn genom att detektera rörelsen hos en sinusformad magnetisk bågmagnet som är placerad i ett separat hölje. Denna bågmagnet är endast känslig för flödestätheten i plan med IC-ytan. PS2P-ARC-sensorer ger samma precision och stabilitet under hela sin livslängd, trots extrema vibrationer, stötar, temperaturer och föroreningar. Som absoluta sensorer kommer Amphenol Piher PS2P-ARC-positionssensorerna inte att förlora sina värden ens efter ett strömavbrott.
