EVAL-M1-36-45A Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-36-45A Evaluation Board is a complete power stage to drive a 3-phase motor powered by the IRSM836-045MA CIPOS™ Nano IPM. The featured IRSM836-045MA is a 4A, 500V Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for small appliance motor drive applications. The EVAL-M1-36-45A Board provides a standardized iMOTION™ MADK M1 platform interface. The Board offers standard oscilloscope probes with easy access to several measurement points.
