WL-ICLED Single-/Dual-Wire Integrated Controllers

Würth Elektronik WL-ICLED Single-/Dual-Wire Integrated Controllers (ICs) offer an advanced lighting solution that precisely controls LED applications requiring individual color and brightness control. Single-wire ICs provide a simplified setup overall with no need for extra connections to the microcontroller unit (MCU), transmitting information to the initial ICLED in a chain where subsequent ICLEDs receive the data through daisy-chain connections. The dual-wire ICs feature a protocol that works with two lines: a data line (DIN) and a clock signal line (CIN). This dual-wire design enables data transmission up to 13 times faster than with single-wire ICELDs. Würth Elektronik WL-ICLED Single-/Dual-Wire are ideal for signal control systems, full-color matrix displays, indoor illumination, and E-mobility applications.
