TCPT1600 & TCUT1600 Transmissive Sensors

Vishay TCPT1600 and TCUT1600 Transmissive Sensors are housed in a compact package with a tall dome design for vertical signal encoding. Both modules are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications. The sensors offer 1.6mA typical output current under test and 950nm emitter wavelength. Vishay TCPT1600 and TCUT1600 Transmissive Sensors include an infrared emitter and a phototransistor detector, located face-to-face in a surface-mount package.
