LP5912/Q1 LDO-regulator med extremt lågt brus

Texas Instruments LP5912/LP5912-Q1 LDO-regulator med extremt lågt brus är en LDO som kan ge 500 mA utström. Med sin utformning för att möta kraven från RF- och analoga kretsar, ger LP5912/LP5912-Q1 lågt brus, hög PSRR, låg viloström, och en låg transientrespons för signal och belastning. LP5912/LP5912-Q1 ger klassledande brusprestanda utan en avkopplingskondensator för brus och med möjligheten för placering av externa utsignalskondensatorer. Varje enhet är konstruerad för att arbeta med en keramisk kondensator på 1 µF på ingången och en keramisk kondensator på 1 µF på utgången (inga separata avkopplingskondensatorer för brus behövs). De här enheterna finns med fasta utgångsspänningar från 0,8 V till 5,5 V i steg om 25 mV. Enheterna LP5912-Q1 är AEC-Q100-godkända för tillämpningar i fordon.
