Vishay / Techno CDMM AEC-Q200 SMD Thick Film Chip Dividers are high voltage or high precision chip dividers offered in a ribbed molded package with compliant surface-mount leads. Designed to reduce component counts, improve TC tracking performance, and ratio stability in automotive and industrial equipment, the devices deliver a maximum working voltage of 1500V in a 4527 case size. The AEC-Q200 qualified components are also sulfur resistant, operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range, and offer a wide range of resistance values and ratios.

CDx Thick Film AEC-Q200 Voltage Dividers

Vishay / Techno CDx Thick Film AEC-Q200 Voltage Dividers are high voltage or high precision chip dividers with compliant surface-mount leads. The CDMA components feature a 1W power rating and a 1415V maximum working voltage in a 2512 case size. The CDMM voltage dividers deliver a maximum working voltage of 1500V and a 1.5w power rating in a 4527 case size. The AEC-Q200 qualified chip dividers operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range and offer a wide range of resistance values and ratios. These components reduce component counts and improve TC tracking performance/ratio stability in automotive and industrial equipment.
