QPA2966EVB Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA2966EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA2966 20W GaN (Gallium Nitride) Wideband Power Amplifier. The QPA2966 operates from 2GHz to 18GHz and delivers 43dBm of saturated output power. The QPA2966 is fabricated on the Qorvo QGaN15 GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) process and is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications.
