Bourns CD-LAB11 TVS Diode Design Kit contains AEC-Q101 (automotive) compliant Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes for surge and ESD protection applications. This kit provides a variety of overvoltage and load dump protection across numerous current and voltage ratings. Bourns CD-LAB11 TVS Diode Design Kit includes five parts of each of the following series: SMAJ-Q, SMBJ-Q, SMCJ-Q, SMLJ-Q, 5.0SMDJ-Q, SM8SF-Q, and SM8S-Q.
