SN74LVC3G97/SN74LVC3G97-Q1 Multiple-Function Gates

Texas Instruments SN74LVC3G97/SN74LVC3G97-Q1 Configurable Multiple-Function Gates that have Schmitt-trigger inputs. Eight patterns of a 3-bit input determine the output state. Users can choose MUX, NAND, AND, OR, NOR, inverter, and non-inverter logic functions. The Texas Instruments SN74LVC3G97-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
