BAS16L 100V Small Signal Fast Switching Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors BAS16L Small Signal Fast Switching Diodes are fast-switching, silicon epitaxial planar diodes in a leadless, ultra-small DFN1006-2A package. The BAS16L series offers 100V reverse voltage, 250mA forward current, 1.7A non-repetitive forward current, and 500mA repetitive peak forward current. The surface-mount DFN1006-2A plastic package includes visible and sidewall-plated / wettable flanks. Vishay Semiconductors BAS16L Small Signal Fast Switching Diodes are designed to deliver more reliable power dissipation than SOT-23 packaging. The BAS16L diodes are ideally suited for automotive and industrial applications.
