RPX-1.0 & RPX-1.5 Buck Converters

RECOM Power RPX-1.0 and RPX-1.5 Buck Converters feature a tiny 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm QFN package that has been thermally enhanced using flip-chip technology. These modules are unique because the devices include an integrated shielded inductor for lower EMI. The inputs range from 4V_DC to 36V_DC, while each converter provides 1A or 1.5A of output current, and the output voltage can be trimmed within the ranges of 0.8V_DC up to 30V_DC using an external resistor.  These buck converters include short-circuit (SCP), overcurrent (OCP), overtemperature (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protections, as well as enable, power good, soft-start, and sync function capabilities.
