ST Series Capacitors

Vishay ST Series Capacitors are hermetically sealed and have a 6V_DC up to 125V_DC voltage range. The ST series is broken into four different capacitors: ST, STE, STA, and STH. The ST series is made up of SuperTan® wet tantalum capacitors that offer very high capacitance, low ESR, and high ripple current. ST capacitors are housed in an all tantalum, hermetically sealed case, making them suitable in the defense and aerospace industries.

ST110 Wet Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay ST110 Wet Tantalum Capacitors are housed in an all-tantalum, hermetically sealed case manufactured to withstand hazardous environments. The Vishay ST110 Wet Tantalum Capacitors offer 110µF capacitance, a 75V_DC voltage rating, and 1.3Ω equivalent series resistance (ESR). The series operates over a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range and is suitable for defense and aerospace applications.

Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Capacitors feature tantalum powder that is used in capacitors to allow for a very thin dielectric layer, providing high capacitance values in smaller case sizes.
