DPF120C600HB Fast Recovery Diode

Littelfuse DPF120C600HB Fast Recovery Diode offers a 600V voltage rating and 2 x 60A current and is assembled in a TO-247 package. This diode is featured in the HiPerFRED series and has planar passivated chips, a low leakage current, and a short recovery time. Improved thermal behavior, soft recovery behavior, and common cathode configuration are additional features of the DPF120C600HB diode. Littelfuse DPF120C600HB Fast Recovery Diode is suitable for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
