MIKROE-3195 Vacuum click

Mikroe MIKROE-3195 Vacuum click is an accurate pressure sensor board capable of measuring pressure values down to -115kPa. The MIKROE-3195 features an NXP MPXV6115V Absolute Pressure Sensor. This piezo-resistive transducer is an advanced monolithic pressure sensor that combines advanced MEMS manufacturing technologies with integrated signal processing. It provides accurate readings of the vacuum percentage, with very low drift over temperature. The sensor offers an analog voltage on its output pin, which linearly depends on the applied vacuum percentage. The Click board is able to output digital readings on the I²C pins, offering additional options for reading the sensor data by utilizing the analog to digital converter.
