Gen5 600V Hyperfast Rectifiers

Vishay Gen5 600V Hyperfast Rectifiers feature a combination of low conduction and switching losses. The rectifiers are ideal for soft switched and resonant converters, and medium frequency hard switching converters. The device improves the efficiency of high-speed LLC output rectification stages of EV / HEV on-board battery chargers.
