DC Motor 6 Click

Mikroe DC Motor 6 Click features a Toshiba TB67H451FNG PWM chopper-type brushed DC motor driver. The IC has one motor output block channel that uses a wide range of supply voltages and delivers reasonably high current to the connected DC motors. Low ON-resistance MOSFETs and PWM control help the TB67H451FNG exhibit lower heat generation. The TB67H451FNG has two inputs for selecting the four operation modes: forward (clockwise), reverse (counter-clockwise), short brake, and stop modes.
