MPQ4242B-AEC1 Fully Integrated Power Delivery IC

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4242B-AEC1 Fully Integrated Power Delivery (PD) IC is a solution for USB Type-C® sourcing ports in automotive applications. The device integrates a buck-boost converter with four power switches and a USB PD controller. Within a specified input supply range, the device supports up to 5A of continuous output current (IOUT).
